By adding various components, a HydroSys Hydrogen Generator System can be configured to work with nearly any four cycle engine. Some applications require more of the hydrogen generating cells than other do, but this is the beauty of HydroSys. It's not a one-size-fits-all unit, but rather a system tailored to each application by factory trained personnel.
The HydroSys components are electrically connected by a master wiring harness manufactured by Pacer Group to strict ABYC E-11 marine standards. This harness makes installation quick and error free while various component extension cables allow great flexibility in component placement.
For more information on HydroSys, see the How It Works, Test Results, and FAQ pages. The HydroSys Concept Video is also quite informative.
There are also options recommended for some applications. For example, if you use HydroSys on a large engine or one that runs a lot, an external electrolyte tank is available to automatically keep your electrolyte reservoir full. This is also useful for installations where it is inconvenient to check the reservoir's level.
It should also be noted that although the HydroSys is referred to as a permanent installation, the only connection to the engine is the 3/8" hose that delivers the HHO gases to the air intake. The only electrical connections are two wires directly to the battery and one wire to the O2 sensor, if the vehicle has one. The entire system can be removed at any time with no ill effects to the engine or vehicle.

The HydroPulse controls the power to the HydroCell(s), regulating the production of hydrogen which is then feed through a 3/8" hose into the engine's air intake system. |

The HydroSys hydrogen generator system was installed in the engine bay, located in the rear of the RV. Shown are the two electrolyte tanks, the HydroPulse power module, and the two HydroCells. Also visible is the 3/8" hose that carries the hydrogen gas from the top of the electrolyte tanks to the air intake system, just off lower left corner of the picture.
