By adding various components, a HydroSys Hydrogen Generator System can be configured to work with nearly any diesel engine. Some applications require more hydrogen generating cells than other do, but this is the beauty of HydroSys. It's not a one-size-fits-all unit, but rather a system tailored to each application by factory trained personnel.
The HydroSys components are electrically connected by a master wiring harness manufactured by Pacer Group to strict ABYC E-11 marine standards. This harness makes installation quick and error free.
For more information on HydroSys, see the How It Works, Test Results, and FAQ pages. The HydroSys Concept Video is also quite informative.
It should also be noted that although the HydroSys is referred to as a permanent installation, the only connection to the engine is the 1/4" hose that delivers the HHO gases to the air intake. The only electrical connections are two wires attached directly to the battery and one safety control wire attached to either the ignition switch or an optional oil pressure switch. The entire system can be removed at any time with no ill effects to the engine or vehicle.

HydroSys installed on a delivery truck powered by a 7.6L International diesel engine. This view showed the installation from the front of the truck, looking towards the rear.
This view shows the HydroSys from the rear of the truck looking forward. Clearly visible are the 5 gallon reservoir tank, 1 quart separator tank, drain hose & valve, and the bubbler to scrub the HHO gas clean before it travels to the engine's air intake. Note the black air tank (for brakes) suspended from the frame on the right side of the picture.
This view shows the installation from the side. Note that the everything is above the drains and valves on the air tank, insuring sufficient clearance.
HydroSys installed on a 40' 1997 Safari Motor Coach with Caterpillar 8 liter, 300hp diesel engine.
The HydroSys hydrogen generator system was installed in the engine bay, located in the rear of the RV. Shown are the two electrolyte tanks, the HydroPulse power module, and the two HydroCells. Also visible is the 1/4" hose that carries the hydrogen gas from the top of the electrolyte tanks to the air intake system, just off lower left corner of the picture.
