Warranty and On-going Maintenance
Limited 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
In the event the customer is not fully satisfied within 90 to 120 days after purchase, a full refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for parts, labor and a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling. SeaLand Environmental, Inc., and/or their dealer, reserves the right to revoke the refund if the system has been improperly installed, tampered with or used outside recommended operating limitations.
One Year Warranty
All SeaLand Environmental HydroSys hydrogen generator systems are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of installation.
SeaLand Environmental, Inc. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where SeaLand Environmental, Inc. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after installation Cell Core falls under wear and tear. SeaLand Environmental, Inc. is not responsible for removal or installation costs.
MPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SEALAND ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. AND/OR SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.
On-going Maintenance
HydroSys systems are basically maintenance free. However, some preventative maintenance is recommended for optimum performance.
- Electrolyte should be drained, the system flushed, and new electrolyte added annually.
- During cold weather the system must be protected from freezing by either draining the electrolyte or adding our special anti-freeze solution.
- The stainless steel plates inside the HydroCells need to be changed every 300 hours. Your dealer has remanufactured cells in stock that can be quickly installed for a small core plus installation charge.
